DESCRIPTION

The illustration is a subtle joke with the commander in chief of a mighty empire. A coin with Caesar’s image is lying still at the bottom of a glass and next to it a heavy torso is floating. Caesar is stunned and staring in disbelief at the enormous body heralding a big threat. Powerful moment of turmoil and surprise. “Ohhh, but what’s going on in my great empire?” All these things are muddled up into a lush cocktail of political intrigues, wealth, grandeur, and banquets.
